Our pieces are made ethically by college students and local seamstresses in South Florida. By employing young women who share our passion for sustainability, we ensure every product is crafted with care and purpose. Collaboration and shared values form the foundation of these partnerships, empowering those involved to grow alongside the brand. We are proud to produce our collections in an environment that fosters creativity, inclusivity, and ethical responsibility.

 

Accessibility

At Vianne, accessibility isn’t just about offering sustainable clothing—it’s about creating a community that everyone can be part of. Our ambassador program is designed to empower college students to become changemakers while sharing their passion for sustainability and style. With over 50 new ambassadors joining every month from colleges across the U.S., our community continues to grow and thrive, proving that sustainability is something anyone can champion.

 

Team

Our team is proudly 77% women-led, with 88% of leadership positions held by women. As a brand founded and operated by college students, collaboration drives our success. Based in South Florida, our headquarters foster a creative, inclusive environment where we regularly host photoshoots, content days, events, and bonding activities. Many of our team members are from Lynn University and FAU, making our connection to the local community stronger than ever.

 

Community Growth

The Vianne ambassador community is the backbone of our mission. With every new ambassador group, we’re reminded of the impact young women can have when given the platform to lead and inspire change.
