People
Where People & Planet Are Always the Priority
At Vianne Clothing, we believe sustainability isn’t just about the environment, it’s about the people who power every step of the process. From our college ambassadors to our sewing teams, we’re building a movement rooted in impact, inclusion, and intentionality.
Goodwill Partnership: Manufacturing With Purpose
Our apparel is proudly produced by Goodwill South Florida, whose apparel manufacturing division employs over 700 sewing operators, with 75% being individuals with disabilities or barriers to work.
This isn’t just about manufacturing, it’s about transforming lives through ethical, local job creation and scaling fashion that truly matters.
This partnership brings our mission full-circle. What started with upcycling fabrics from our local Goodwill stores has evolved into a powerful collaboration creating impact on both sides of the supply chain.
Sustainability
We’re actively working toward a zero-waste production system by repurposing fabric scraps into upcycled accessories and one-of-a-kind pieces.
Our garments are made from a mix of second-hand, thrifted, and OEKO-TEX® certified fabrics, and we’re currently sourcing even more sustainable blanks to ensure our materials match our mission.
We prioritize planet over profit, because the future of fashion depends on it.
People First. Always.
Our team is 100% women-led, and every leadership position is held by women. We are passionate about building an inclusive culture of collaboration and empowerment, especially for the next generation of women entrepreneurs.
Through our ambassador program, we’re cultivating changemakers across the country, giving college students the tools to lead, create, and influence the future of ethical fashion.
