Refund policy

Because every Vianne piece is made to order just for you, we do not offer refunds, and most items are considered final sale. All collegewear is handcrafted in small batches and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

We outline this clearly on each product page to ensure full transparency before you purchase.

Final Sale Items

Due to our made-to-order production process, the following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sweatshirts/Crewnecks

• Sweatpants

• Zipups

• Tees/Tanks

• Shorts/Leggings/Skirts

• Pop-up purchases

• Sale items

Because all items are made to order, we do not offer exchanges unless:

• The item you received is incorrect (wrong size, color, or design), or

• The item is damaged upon arrival

In these rare cases, we will gladly replace the item and cover shipping costs.

• Approved exchanges (incorrect or damaged items): Replacement shipping is covered by Vianne

• Store credit: Issued for the product total minus original shipping
