Our team is 100% women-led, with every leadership position held by women. We’re passionate about building an inclusive culture of collaboration, creativity, and purpose, especially for the next generation of women leaders.

Through our ambassador program, we’re cultivating changemakers at campuses across the country. These students aren’t just representing the brand, they’re shaping it. Ambassadors play an active role in product feedback, content creation, campaign ideas, and community-building efforts.

What started at Florida Atlantic University has grown into a national movement. Through the Vianne Tour, we’ve launched programs at top universities across the U.S., with 100+ students at each school championing sustainability, leadership, and meaningful change on their campuses.

This isn’t just about fashion, it’s about belonging to something bigger. Ambassadors collaborate to host events, lead initiatives, and use Vianne as a creative outlet, all while forming real friendships and empowering each other to lead with purpose.
